Refund Policy

If you provide at least 24-hours notice that you intend to cancel your appointment, and you can provide a copy of your receipt, we will gladly refund your fee.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24-hours notice, we will happily reschedule your appointment for another time with no additional charge.

If we are unable to provide your test results within 36 hours from receipt of your sample at our lab, we will refund your fee.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase.

Inconclusive or indeterminate test results that require re-swabbing do not qualify for a refund. Fees for the additional collection will apply.
